Can I keep Windows as a backup?
Yes. Dual boot is an option, or you can keep one Windows device as a backup. Most clients never need it.
How long does a migration take?
Most migrations are completed in 1–2 visits. We back up your data, install Linux, set up email and browser, and teach you the basics.
What if something breaks after you leave?
All clients can call for troubleshooting advice. Full Onboarding clients get 30 days of included support. We also provide printed cheat sheets and remote follow-up.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Usually no. Linux runs well on older machines. If upgrades help, we'll recommend cost-effective options before any purchase.
